Art in the Spotlight: Watercolor Workshop Fills ProVerbo Gallery at SCP

On April 5th, the ProVerbo Gallery at Sport Club Português was the stage for a magical afternoon of creativity, color, and inspiration. The Watercolor Workshop, lovingly organized by the SCP Cultural Section — ProVerbo, was a huge success, with a sold-out crowd and contagious energy among participants.

Under the guidance of the talented painter Ivone Martins, participants immersed themselves in the enchanting world of watercolor, exploring the techniques, colors, and forms that make this art one of the most delicate and expressive. Between brushstrokes and smiles, everyone had the opportunity to experiment, learn, and let their imagination soar — regardless of prior painting experience.

This was the first in a series of monthly workshops that ProVerbo will organize to promote art and crafts in our community. The initiative aims to be inclusive, creative, and accessible, bringing art lovers together in a welcoming and enriching environment.
